It was a pleasure to design this restaurant for renowned Chef Santosh Tiptur. The inspiration of the restaurant aesthetic and design came from the name itself, “The Conch”, which refers to a chocolate refining machine. The floor plan was created to maximize the space, and comfortably seat upwards of 70 guests. The space has a warm and inviting atmosphere with an intimate feel. One of the most unique aspects of the space is the specially designed viewing window where guests can observe the master chocolatier perform his art of chocolate making.
